Below we will be adding membership and player registration forms for the new season. If you have any queries about joining the club please email us. Please note that HHRFC is a private members' club, and licensed as such. Use of the club's facilities therefore require that the users are club members.

Life membership: Those over the age of 18 can also apply to become Life Members. The fee is 10 x the current annual membership fee. Senior players who are Life Members benefit from discounted monthly sub rates. Click here for a Life Membership Application Form
Youth player consent: Parents or guardians of ALL players under the age of 18 must complete a player Consent form - each season. Click here for a Player Consent Form	RFU youth registration: ALL Players under the age of 18 must be registered with the RFU for insurance purposes. Click here for an RFU Registration Form
