Heath currently runs four regular senior sides - all playing in a full programme of league and cup competitions - and an occasional Vets team - which last season won the Evergreen Plate. This season sees the 1st XV back in London 1 after ending 07 / 08 as London 2 (S) champions, and looking to regain the dizzy heights of the National Leagues - having been the first Sussex club to reach the National Leagues. The club's commitment to youth development continues to be was evident with several former Mini / Junior players again debuting last season in both the 2nd and 1st XVs. With the reversion to a traditional Colts squad this season, and the proactive development of the club's many talented club, county, and divisional youngsters, the club is already building a senior squad capable of repeating past achievements, building on the club's reputation for producing year on year some of Sussex's finest young players. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th XVs in the meantime have continued to thrive with numerous cup and league successes.
