Whilst the Club has enjoyed much success over the years, the past few seasons have been challenging, forcing the senior team to step back and regroup in the Sussex Intermediate League in order to re-energise the squad and put in place an infrastructure that is fit for purpose. As part of this process, the Club is now looking to appoint a full time Director of Rugby.
